We don’t stare at the mirror often enough unless we are forced to.

Every noticed when you get a haircut and there’s that awkward silence between you and your barber/hairdresser when you’re just staring at the mirror.

Contemplating.

Pondering.

Wondering.

Thinking about who is staring back at you in the those few moments of silence.

It’s a not a complex thing to do – but it does require introspection, thought and the willingness to be our harshest critic – combined will always make us think about how we can become more.
