It’s easy to get pulled down into the weeds where everyone is complaining about the issue du jour.
It’s a lot harder to realize what the real issue, to dissect what is really happening, to break down what you need to focus on next and focus on that.
Focus on the one thing that no one else is focusing on.
Go against the current when everyone is riding with it.
It’s much harder to fight your way out instead of letting yourself get pulled down.
But it’s worth it.
