I’m not sure, but for review…
If you trust your team, if you have faith in your team, it does not mean things will go well, it does not mean the journey will be smooth, it does not mean that everything will go perfectly well and you and them will become superstars.
You will screw up, they will screw up – but you will trust that each other was doing their best when they did screw up.
All it means is that you will do it together, you will get through it together and you will come through having built a better product because of it.
You will have taken the steps to build the foundation that everyone is trying to build and failing at.
