Trusted Leadership takes time, it doesn’t happen overnight, not after a presentation or one-hour pep talk.
How much time varies by the people involved, there is no size fits that says – “in three weeks we will fully trust each other with me placing my life in your hands”.
It doesn’t work that way, even if you are told to do it.
But it can happen if you show up every day, work together and put in the steps to get there.
