I can get into the coding zone.
I can get into the coaching zone.
I can get into the process delivery zone.
But man, getting into that creative zone, especially when I’m tired, had a long day, and my mind is filled with questions – that takes work. Odd that it takes work to get into a zone where I can be creative and do something different.
If your team is struggling to get into a zone, figure out what they need to get there and get it for them. We all know how successful we are in those moments and the more we are there, the better we can succeed.
