A team wins when a team comes together.
Those wins will always be subjective to you as the leader of the team – you know the difference between when the team is doing what they should do versus when they do something really great and come together for something entirely special.
There is no category A or B when you’re picking Team Wins – every team is different and has a different set of goals and wins – don’t compare yourself to other teams – focus on what your wins are and make sure to celebrate them.
