You have to know your team.

If you don’t know them if you don’t understand what their worries, concerns, ambitions, or goals are – how can you hope to craft a strategy to help them grow, develop, and become a team?

Every member is a part of the team, they all have something to offer, it’s up to you to find out what it is and how it will help the rest of the team grow and succeed.
