You can’t ask for others that which you would not ask of yourself.
You can’t have expectations of others if you do not have those expectations of yourself.
If you want everyone to be happy, then you will need to be happy yourself. If it’s not the environment for you to be happy, then that tells you something.
The bar gets set when you set it and when you keep raising it.
But it’s never for others to do, it starts with you.
