Biking in the rain is a weird endeavor.

One – biking is minimal impact to your body (unless you get hit by a car) so the exercise is good.

But biking in the rain can become a miserable experience, you’re soaked, you have to be more careful and it’s hard to see.

There is the option to simply not bike, but if you go one way, you have to go the other way to get back.

Biking is quite like leading a team or project, when the conditions are perfect, it’s awesome – the sun is shining, you can feel the warmth, you’re getting a smooth workout, and no cars are around – it’s perfection.

But add in rain and it all becomes an effort.

The question to ask yourself then is, is it worth the effort?
