The best place to redirect AI is IVR trees.

“Press 1 for x…”

“I didn’t hear you…”

“Are you sure…”

“What’s your number…”

Instead, start with…

“How can we help you?  Who do you need to talk to?”

Replicate the experience of talking to someone and helping them more than you did before.

That’s the test of AI.
