I have a lot of songs on my phone – too many songs – an insane number – but probably not close to what some people have.

Still, it’s a lot.

And the more you have, the more the shuffle and random feature never quite hits your mood.

And every time I drive I think the same thing – “I need to make some playlists, I need to get organized, I need to get tuned in to what I’m doing.”

And then I don’t because the one thing we don’t do is sit down with our phones and organize them.

Today I sat down and I made 3 new playlists based on my mood – they aren’t earth-shattering – but what they are is one less piece of organization that I have to do or think about.

It’s one less thing off my plate that I can just zone into and enjoy.

Don’t let disorganization hold you back.
