Someone you can get some advice from when what is in your head doesn’t sound right (or even if it sounds right to confirm what you are thinking).
Whether it’s a project, a company, a joint venture – everyone needs a sounding board.
With so much work being done remotely, we’ve lost what used to be our ad-hoc sounding boards – running ideas by teammates and suggesting new approaches to new businesses- so it might not feel like you have that sounding board anymore.
You do, you just need to find it and don’t think you don’t need it, we will need it.
