Are you asking questions to learn more?

Are you asking questions to poke holes?

Are you asking questions to figure things out?

Are you asking questions to find fault?

Questions are the best way to figure out what is going on and what you need to be doing.  When it comes to learning, we don’t ask them enough.

How many times in grade school did you have a question and not want to ask because you were afraid of how you looked?

How dare you not understand what was being taught to you in the last 10 minutes for the first time and not understand it.

Asking questions to grow, can never be faulted, they are the best way to understand what is happening and how to improve.

Asking questions to trip people up to prove you’re right, well then you’re not trying to grow or learn, your trying to stop someone from growing, and that’s not what they are for.
