We went from supporting Remote Work, setting people up with allowances to improve their home environments to going back to the office.
This is the third wave of remote work – the first was when everyone was forced into it, the second was when everyone embraced it, and now we are at the wave of – we need everyone back because we’re not sure what we’re getting out of it and how much it’s working.
I look forward to the fourth wave of trying to find the correct balance for worker enjoyment as it applies to remote work.
