The burst happens when you’re tired.
When you don’t think you have any energy left to give.
When all you want to do is sit down and rest.
But then you see something, a spark, a moment where you think you can make a difference, and from nowhere this swell of energy comes out at you and you know you have to capitalize on it.
Some people are able to continually change bursts together (which often times leads to burnout), other people take their time, choose when to pick the burst that matters most to them, picking their moments, and yet others, wait, wait, wait and watch for it to go by hoping for the perfect one to catch.
You’ll never catch the perfect burst, and you can’t take them all, but in the middle, there’s that chance that you can dig down and catch one.
