The thing about impact is you don’t know how much you have, how far it extends, and where it goes until you hear it from someone else.
And even then, you might laugh it off because you don’t see yourself in that light.
The person who is told about the great impact they have on others always responds first with “What really? Why?”
But the impact is there, even if you don’t see it, and you might not, you might not see it until immediately, it might be months and years later that you will hear about it – the impact you had on someone – what you changed for them moving forward.
And you might never hear about it.
But it’s there, every day, with everything that you do, don’t doubt it.
