The Gig where No one Listens

If no one listens to what you say, is it really a project you’re working on? Are you actually contributing to something? Are you a part of something? Your Sounding Board

A Sounding Board is someone you can bounce ideas off of. Someone you can get some advice from when what is in your head doesn’t sound right (or even if it sounds right to confirm what you are thinking). Whether it’s a project, a company, a joint venture – everyone needs a sounding board. With so much work being done remotely, we’ve lost what used to be our ad-hoc sounding boards – running ideas by teammates and suggesting new approaches to new businesses- so it might not feel like you have that sounding board anymore. You do, you just need
