If you want to rank who is an expert in your company from 1 to n, you might be surprised where you land. This happens because we invariably rank ourselves in the context of the skills that we have, and not the skills that we need to have and/or don’t have. Finding the Right Gift

Right now, we are working towards finding the perfect gift for those special people in our lives. We are all starting early, trying as hard as we can to get a jump on things. But we all know, it will be a last-minute scramble.  Some of us do our best work late with our back against the wall. The Bottom of the Pile

You start off with a pile of work, and all you start doing is shovelling through them, you don’t stop, you just keep going and keep plowing through. You dig and you dig and you don’t stop digging.
